Bookings in a notebook, rates in a spreadsheet, payments somewhere else. Reconciling them takes time, and mistakes slip in.
Cloud hotel management, built in Tashkent
HospitaX combines a property management system (PMS) for hotel staff with BEOTA, a booking platform where guests book hotels directly. It runs in the browser, with prices kept in Uzbek so‘m.
In small and mid-sized properties, daily work often ends up spread across tools that do not talk to each other.
Bookings in a notebook, rates in a spreadsheet, payments somewhere else. Reconciling them takes time, and mistakes slip in.
Seasonal rates, child policies, taxes and fees, early check-in and late check-out: worked out by hand, each one adds effort to every booking.
When guests cannot find a property and book it themselves, bookings end up depending largely on intermediaries.
When reception, housekeeping and management do not see the same data, room status and unpaid balances cause confusion.
As visitor numbers grow, so does the number of properties that need to manage rooms, rates and bookings. The figures below come from official sources.
